Self-Loading Cargo v1.6.6.9 Released

Cabin environment controls and integrations, better voice recognition support and an updated intercom - plus more

Self-Loading Cargo v1.6.6.9 has released and brings a number of new additions, not least the ability to control the temperature of the aircraft cabin from within the Cabin Management window or directly from the cockpit air conditioning controls on supported aircraft. Passengers now have a "preferred temperature" and will respond to being too hot (or too cold) so you need to make sure you keep the cabin at a comfortable temperature for the majority of people or their complaints will affect your score.  You can see who's hot or cold by opening the aircraft cabin layout, clicking "Filters" then selecting "Temperature Comfort".

Intercom Update

An additional command has been added to the intercom allowing you to ask the cabin crew to report on the passengers without taking into account whatever else is happening (the previous "Hows it going?" command would give a report about what the crew were doing, e.g. securing the cabin) whereas now you can ask directly about the passengers.

For those of you who use "manual" mode but leave the flight deck (perhaps on a long haul) the intercom will now "timeout" whenever the crew attempts to make contact for welfare checks, drink requests etc but you do not answer; this allows Self-Loading Cargo's simulation to proceed without the cabin crew getting stuck indefinitely on the intercom if you're away from the keyboard. 

Fluctuating Doors 

Self-Loading Cargo will now no longer continually open/close its doors when GSX stairs are connected, and as such the door opening/closing sound will no longer play in a loop if this happens.

Better support for international voice commands

Self-Loading Cargo is now aware of all voice recognition "cultures" installed on your computer and allows you to select a preferred one from Settings which will hopefully improve compatibility with non-English commands.

Aircraft ACP Functionality Restored

The capability to control the intercom / PA / ground comms from the 3D cockpits of various MSFS aircraft has been restored in this version.
