Information we collect from you

We collect your payment e-mail address which we receive when you create an account by paying for Self-Loading Cargo via Stripe or PayPal. It is then used to create an account with an encrypted password, along with a unique serial number so that you can activate your software.

What we do with the information we collect

For information you supply to us through the website forms we will contact you purely in relation to your purchase. We will use this to communicate with you to find the best way we can help you with your enquiry.

For technical data which we collect automatically, we use this for internal operations including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes. Again this information is anonymous and does not contain personal information.

How we receive and store this information

The information is stored in a database with an encrypted account password.

Technical information is collected, stored and reported on using Google Analytics.

Lanilogic Technology Solutions Ltd may view this data while troubleshooting the platform or assisting in enquires from our customer, however we will never use this data with or pass it on to any third parties.

What data do you hold about customers?

Lanilogic Technology Solutions Ltd does not hold any payment transaction information about our customers - this information is held by our third party payment processors (Stripe.com and PayPal.com) who maintain their own levels of compliance.

The data we hold is used solely for the purposes of the operation of the software you have purchased from us and is as follows:

Your payment email address Used as a username to allow you to access your purchased products
Strong encrypted password Used in conjunction with your email address to authenticate any login attempts to your account. You may change your password at any time by visiting https://www.selfloadingcargo.com/account/forgotpassword
Your activation IP address and Machine ID Used to activate your software and prevent unauthorised usage of your software from multiple machine locations at the same time.
Your simulated flight report information One or more flight records that are submitted when you finish a flight using the software you purchased. This data is used to display your flight reports.

GDPR - Data Subject Access Request (DSAR)

If you are a Lanilogic Technology Solutions Ltd customer you may request to see what information we hold relating to you, free of charge, by sending a DSAR request via email. As an example, a description of the data we hold is available above. Please use the email address you used when purchasing a product from us or we will be unable to process your request. We can also amend or delete your personal data on request. Please allow 30 days from the date of your request for a response.

No data is shared with any third parties (other than those listed below), and no Lanilogic Technology Solutions Ltd employee is able to access or use any customer accounts due to the encrypted password associated with the accounts.

Third parties

We will never sell or exchange mailing lists of our customers' information - we hate spam as much as you do, promise.

However some of our suppliers will have temporary access to your information and we use them to help our service. We only use suppliers who follow GDPR guidelines themselves and are as follows:

Supply and manage our cloud server including databases that all our websites are hosted on including daily backups. As FastHosts manage our server they have full access to our databases which store your information.

Stripe (USA) - stripe.com
Management of payments. Stripe store your email address and various payment information for any transactions you have made with us.

PayPal (USA) - paypal.com
Management of payments. PayPal store your email address and various payment information for any transactions you have made with us.

Google Analytics (USA) - analytics.google.com
Collects anonymous technical data from website visitors and shows us reports of page views, unique visitors and referrals to help improve our service.

Our website uses "cookies" to track visitors on our website to help us better understand how they use it (i.e. which pages they visit and how often). These cookies do not contain or pass any personal, confidential or financial information or any other information that could be used to identify individual visitors. Backup and data storage

All of our websites and databases are hosted in the UK by FastHosts Internet. We have a rolling 7 day backup and all data is stored securely at a secure, off-location facility at the FastHosts Data Centre.

Communication, engagement and actions taken through external social media platforms that this website and its owners participate on are custom to the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policies held with each social media platform respectively.

Visitors are advised to use social media platforms wisely and communicate / engage upon them with due care and caution in regard to their own privacy and personal details. This website nor its owners will ever ask for personal or sensitive information through social media platforms and encourage users wishing to discuss sensitive details to contact them through primary communication channels such as by telephone or email.

This website may use social sharing buttons which help share web content directly from web pages to the social media platform in question.
