We collect your payment e-mail address which we receive when you create an account by paying for Self-Loading Cargo via Stripe or PayPal. It is then used to create an account with an encrypted password, along with a unique serial number so that you can activate your software.
For information you supply to us through the website forms we will contact you purely in relation to your purchase. We will use this to communicate with you to find the best way we can help you with your enquiry.
For technical data which we collect automatically, we use this for internal operations including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes. Again this information is anonymous and does not contain personal information.
The information is stored in a database with an encrypted account password.
Technical information is collected, stored and reported on using Google Analytics.
Lanilogic Technology Solutions Ltd may view this data while troubleshooting the platform or assisting in enquires from our customer, however we will never use this data with or pass it on to any third parties.
Lanilogic Technology Solutions Ltd does not hold any payment transaction information about our customers - this information is held by our third party payment processors (Stripe.com and PayPal.com) who maintain their own levels of compliance.

If you are a Lanilogic Technology Solutions Ltd customer you may request to see what information we hold relating to you, free of charge, by sending a DSAR request via email. As an example, a description of the data we hold is available above. Please use the email address you used when purchasing a product from us or we will be unable to process your request. We can also amend or delete your personal data on request. Please allow 30 days from the date of your request for a response.
No data is shared with any third parties (other than those listed below), and no Lanilogic Technology Solutions Ltd employee is able to access or use any customer accounts due to the encrypted password associated with the accounts.
We will never sell or exchange mailing lists of our customers' information - we hate spam as much as you do, promise.
